My name is Mahmoud, I’m 20 years old and a medical student from Gaza.

During the ongoing war in Gaza, I was severely injured by a bullet that shattered the bones in my arm and completely severed the three main nerves. My hand is now paralyzed, atrophied, and a constant source of pain. Doctors have told me that I urgently need advanced surgery, including metal implants and nerve reconstruction — procedures that are unavailable in Gaza due to the humanitarian crisis and the collapse of the healthcare system.

This campaign aims to raise funds to:

• Travel abroad for urgent surgical intervention,

• Receive physical therapy and rehabilitation to restore hand function,

• Cover post-surgery medications and medical follow-ups,

• And continue my dream of studying medicine to help others in need.

As I currently live under siege in Gaza and cannot open a Stripe or PayPal account, the funds will be transferred to my trusted relative, Ahmed Al-Jazzar, who lives in Germany and holds a verified PayPal account. Ahmed is very close to our family and will securely receive the donations on my behalf and deliver them to me transparently. I assure you that 100% of the donations will go toward my treatment, travel, recovery, and education.

I have full medical documents, reports, and photos proving my condition, and I am ready to share them with any donor or organization that requests verification.
